Take the Stage

The Stage Production Pathway gives students a broad understanding of theatre as an artistic form and will develop their appreciation of the arts, as well as critical thinking skills through evaluation and analysis. Students will read, discuss, and write about theatrical works from around the world while learning the myriad areas of stagecraft. This pathway will not only help students in college, but also in their careers and life by giving them more of the confidence, skills, and discipline they’ll need to reach their full potential. This integrated, work-based learning and coursework helps students work towards attaining their dreams in the world of theater.

Career Pathways help students explore their talents and use their experiences in the classroom to select a career path they’re passionate about.

Prepare in the Classroom

Build a strong foundation with A-G approved courses and prepare yourself for an exciting new career in theater. Classes include:

  • ROP Stagecraft
  • ROP Stage Production (Honors)

Get Real
Exposure

Take what you learned out into the real world and see first-hand what awaits you in the field theater. Hands-on, in-depth immersive experiences may include:
