For 11th grade students who are new to ACHS, please attend the Online Enrollment Night to assist you with registration for the following school year.

The Counseling Department is excited to work with current 11th grade students to select your classes for the following school year.

To explain: the school is currently going through a bell schedule revision process which may result in students taking an additional 2 courses per year. We are excited to see you soon at ACHS!  Below we have important information and links regarding Parent Nights and Online Enrollment (OLE) Assistance Nights.  Refer to the flyer for important dates. Parents be aware that your middle school information Does Not transfer to OUHSD-ACHS. You will need to enroll in Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD) and provide the necessary documentation.

Below is information regarding the process of enrollment. Please follow STEP 1, 2 and 3.

STEP 1: Review Information before you begin the Enrollment Process and Selection of Courses

STEP 2: Enroll Through OUHSD OLE

First, student must enroll in OUHSD OLE. Be prepared with the following documents before you begin enrollment:

• Parent Email (this will be the email you receive communications for the next four years)
• Birth Certificate (you will need to upload)
  • Please ensure that when you register your student you must enter the legal name of the student as shown on the birth certificate. The transcript and diploma are legal documents that must have the correct legal name.
• Immunizations (you will need to upload)
• Primary Home Address Verification: utility bill; Gas, Electricity, Mortgage Bill, Rental Agreement, W2. (you will need to upload)

*If you are not able to upload the documents you can email documents to achs.ole@oxnardunion.org or drop them off at ACHS main office. Please include your students name and DOB on the subject line.
