Welcome Freshmen & Parents To The Class Of 2027!!

We are excited to see you soon at ACHS.  Below we have important information and links regarding Parent Nights, Online Enrollment (OLE) Assistance Nights, feeder school classroom presentation and campus tours. Refer to the flyer for Important dates. Enrollment will open on January 27, 2023. Deadline to enroll is March 3, 2023.

STEP 1: Review Information before you begin the Enrollment Process and Selection of Courses

View links below to be knowledgeable in choosing student courses, high school requirements and career pathways before you move to STEP 2.

STEP 2: Enroll Through OUHSD OLE

First, student must enroll in OUHSD OLE. We encourage you to read through the 9th Grade Enrollment Flowchart and view the “Step by Step” videos before proceeding to enroll in our district. Be prepared with the following documents before you begin enrollment:

  • Parent Email (this will be the email you receive communications for the next four years)
  • Birth Certificate (you will need to upload)
  • Immunizations (you will need to upload)
  • Primary Home Address Verification: utility bill; Gas, Electricity, Mortgage Bill, Rental Agreement, W2. (you will need to upload)

*If you are not able to upload the documents you can email documents to or drop them off at ACHS main office. Please include your students name and DOB on the subject line.



Course Selection Form For The Class of 2027 & Summer School Registration

Once you have completed your Online Enrollment (Step 2) and have received an email confirmation of completion, you may proceed to choosing courses for your incoming 9th grade student for the 2023/2024 School Year. Please view the Course Selection Form of courses available.

If your student wishes to attend Summer School, please review the options available on the Course Selection Form. Note any courses completed within OUHSD during the summer will be permanent grades on your students transcript.

Below is the link to select your courses, select a minimum of 6. In order to view or make changes to your course selections after you click submit, you will need to complete the Online Enrollment (Step 2) first. Simply return to the link again, sign in and your courses will appear. You can then proceed to make changes.

Deadline to submit and/or make changes to the form is March 3, 2023.
