Welcome Freshmen & Parents To The Class Of 2028!!

We are excited to see you soon at ACHS!  Below we have important information and links regarding Parent Nights, Online Enrollment (OLE) Assistance Nights, middle school classroom presentations and campus tours.  Refer to the flyer for important dates.  Enrollment will open on Jan 26, 2024.  The deadline to enroll is March 1, 2024.   Parents be aware that your middle school information Does Not transfer to OUHSD-ACHS. You will need to enroll in Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD) and provide the necessary documentation.

Below is information regarding the process of enrollment. Please follow STEP 1, 2 and 3.

STEP 1: Review Information before you begin the Enrollment Process and Selection of Courses

View links below to be knowledgeable in choosing student courses, high school requirements and career pathways before you move to STEP 2.

STEP 2: Enroll Through OUHSD OLE

First, student must enroll in OUHSD OLE. We encourage you to read through the 9th Grade Enrollment Flowchart and view the “Step by Step” videos before proceeding to enroll in our district. Be prepared with the following documents before you begin enrollment:

  • Parent Email (this will be the email you receive communications for the next four years)
  • Birth Certificate (you will need to upload)
    • Please ensure that when you register your student you must enter the legal name of the student as shown on the birth certificate. The transcript and diploma are legal documents that must have the correct legal name.
  • Immunizations (you will need to upload)
  • Primary Home Address Verification: utility bill; Gas, Electricity, Mortgage Bill, Rental Agreement, W2. (you will need to upload)

*If you are not able to upload the documents you can email documents to or drop them off at ACHS main office. Please include your students name and DOB on the subject line.

STEP 3: select courses

The Course Selection form for the Class of 2028 & Summer School Registration will be collected from your student at the Middle School Classroom Presentations. It is important to attend Parent Night on January 17, 2024 to help your incoming freshman choose the correct classes to be successful. The Course Selection form will be handed out at Parent Night and students will submit the form to the counselors at their middle school classroom presentation, see dates on the flyers above. If your student does not have the course selection form pre-filled, the counselor will guide your student to complete the form at the middle school presentation. Below is a copy of the form if you are not able to attend Parent Night. Please ensure that you give the form to your student to submit at the middle school presentations.

After submitting your students' Course Selection form at the middle schools, you will have the opportunity to make a schedule change request at ACHS Scorpion Connect on August 8, 2024.  You will need to wait until this date to make a schedule change request.   

If your student wishes to attend Summer School, please review the options available on the Course Selection form. Note any courses completed within OUHSD during the summer will be permanent grades on your students transcript.
