Measure A Update

This week our Site Team met with members of the Measure A Field Projects Team.  It was a very informative meeting where preliminary plans and architectural drawings were shared.  The information gained at this meeting was then shared with our staff at their Faculty Meeting.  We are excited that plans are moving along and we will see improvements begin over the next several months.

Many plans are underway for this year’s graduation ceremony.  Meetings have been held, ideas shared, and procedures put in place for a wonderful graduation ceremony this year!

Drama Department

Our Drama students are performing “The Mousetrap” by Agatha Christie on April 26-27 and May 2-4 in our Drama Room.  You won’t want to miss it!

Many of our AVID students toured the UCLA campus recently!  It was a great experience for them and they gained a good perspective of college campus life.

Our WASC Visiting Team will be arriving on Sunday.  They will be with us through Wednesday of next week. We have been preparing for their arrival and are looking forward to showing them the great things that happen at ACHS.
