Payments for the exams:

We will be taking payments for the exams through Nov. 9, 2020 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

 

The deadline for the school to order the exams is Nov. 13th. We need the week to review all exams and call students if needed so we are accepting payments until Nov. 9, 2020. (if there is a reason for a payment after Nov. 9th, Karen Chadwick must be contacted to make arrangements. Again, no payment can be accepted after Nov. 13th unless a late fee of $40 is also included.)

I have uploaded the exams form for students to reference. Please make sure your students know which exam to sign up for. They should check with their teacher to ensure which exam is aligned to their AP class. In addition, students MUST have gone into their college board account and entered the Join Codes (they can get the code from their AP teacher or email me at karen.chadwick@oxnardunion.org.

 

If a student plans to take an Exam Only (an exam we do not offer a class for or for a class they are not currently in but wish to take the exam) they must contact me at karen.chadwick@oxnardunion.org for the Join Code.

AP exams are $95 for the first exam a student takes. There is a reduced price for additional exams (exams for classes the student is taking this school year) of $85 each. There is a sibling discount or $85 after one exam at full price (per family).
Any exam only (not in a class, with the exception of World History) is $95 (Students must contact me at karen.chadwick@oxnardunion.org for any Exam Only Join Codes).

Free and Reduced Lunch students are $15 per exam (Students can still complete the Free and Reduced lunch form until Oct. 30th, it does not carry over from the previous year, so please go to the school website and fill out the form online, just in case you qualify.)

Students can come sign up for and pay for their exams by Alpha:
Last name beginning in:
A-D every Monday of October and the first week in November 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
E-J every Tuesday of October and the first week in November 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
K-O every Wednesday of October and the first week in November 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
P-Z every Thursday of October and the first week in November 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

*If a student cannot come on assigned day, do not hesitate to come when you can (M-Th 7:30 am-3:30 pm).

There is a $40 late fee for any exam ordered after Nov. 13th (this a College Board fee  for all, including Free and Reduced lunch students and cannot be negotiated).

The cancellation policy has changed. There is NO cancellation fee (full refund) up until March 9, 2021. After March 9, 2021, there is a $40 cancellation fee per exam.

Please let students know when they come to sign up for and pay for the exam, they will be signing in (a QR scan questionnaire) so have their cell phone with them, taking their temperatures, practicing social distancing (6 feet apart), and they MUST wear a mask. Note: Students will not be allowed to come onto campus with any COVID symptoms or exposure.

Credit cards, checks, and cash are accepted. Checks are payable to ACHS. Payments are at the ASB Bookkeepers office.
*Note: She is here M-Th 7:30-3:30 through Nov. 5th, if she is not in her office, she is on campus, however has briefly stepped away, please wait for her to return.
