Schedule Change Request for the 2020-21 School Year
Students requesting to make a schedule change must fill out the form below. Please DO NOT send an email to your counselors as this form will take priority over emails/phone calls starting Aug 21st.
How do I change my schedule?
Schedule changes will be made for students for the following reasons ONLY:
Level change from Honors/AP to CP or visa versa. (will be granted if there is space available)
Students who have already taken a course and passed it. (as an example course completed in summer school)
Change an elective course. (will be granted if elective course is available).
Due to the high volume of schedule change requests, please check your STUDENT VUE to verify that the change was made. Only fill out the form once. We will not be able to accept schedule changes for the following reasons: period change, teacher change, or quarter change.
**LAST DAY TO REQUEST A SCHEDULE CHANGE IS AUGUST 28TH**
